Our camp is designed to help children enjoy God’s creation, build friendships, learn practical outdoor skills, and grow in their understanding of Jesus and His Word. Each day includes outdoor activities, crafts, games, Bible lessons, and opportunities to explore the beauty of nature.

This year’s theme is “Look to the Mountains.” Our main Scripture is Psalm 121:1–2:

“I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.”

Parents will be contacted by phone or text if there is an emergency, medical concern, behavior issue, or important schedule change. Please make sure your contact information is accurate and that your phone is available during camp hours.

• Comfortable clothes that can get dirty

• Floaties/puddle jumper (if needed)

• Plastic bag for wet items

• Please send swim gear every day.

Please do not send:

• Phones or electronic devices

• Toys from home

• Valuable items

• Pocket knives or outdoor tools unless specifically approve

• Candy or food to share with others

• We want children to be fully present, safe, and engaged.

Each morning, bring your camper to the front of the KOA Recreation Room and sign them in on the provided sign-in sheet.

If someone other than a parent is picking up your child, please write their name on the sign-in sheet so we are aware.

At the end of each day, the campers will be in the playground area, please get your child and bring them to the sign-in table at the front of the KOA recreation room to sign them out.

If someone other than a parent will be picking up your child, please let us know by writing the name on the sign-in sheet. For safety reasons, leaders may ask for identification.

If you need to check out early or have a prior appointment, please let us know at sign-in. Each camper must sign out before leaving and sign back in upon returning.

Please inform Kim or Darrell Roberts so they can assist you.

Each morning, campers will gather in the fort area located in the woods across the street. During the afternoon, they will rotate between different activity stations in camp recreation area.

Each day will include a mixture of:

• Outdoor games and nature activities

• Bible lessons and small group discussion

• Crafts and hands-on projects

• Team-building activities

• Snacks and lunch

• Swimming or water activities

• Time to build friendships and have fun outdoors

If it rains, we will still have activities. Please ensure your child brings a raincoat. Camp will continue in light rain if it is safe to do so. In the case of severe weather, thunderstorms, or unsafe conditions, activities will be moved indoors or adjusted. Parents will be notified of any major schedule changes.

The fort area is located across Ray Brown Road from the camp.

Yes, we strongly recommend labeling these items with your camper’s name.

Yes, if your camper loses an item, check with a member of our Harvest Camp Team, and they will assist you.

Children are encouraged to attend all four days because the lessons and activities build on each other. However, we understand that schedules vary. Please let us know ahead of time if your child will miss a day.

Our prayer is that every child leaves camp knowing: God made them, God loves them, God helps them, and God is with them wherever they go. Mountains remind us to look up and remember that our help comes from the Lord.

Call or text us to let us know, and we will do everything we can to make it right. Our goal is to make this camp an amazing time for every camper.
